The rental fee includes the use of tables and chairs (up to 100). We have parking for about 50 vehicles and convenient access to public transportation; right across from the Speed Line.
WHAT IT COSTS
up to 4 hours: $225
4-8 hours: $450
effective as of 4/1/20
$100 due no later than 2 weeks prior.
$100 due no later than 2 weeks prior. This fee will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of the event, subject to a post-event inspection.
Due no later than 1 week prior.
The deposit and security bond are required along with the signed rental agreement to secure your date.
