Trinity Episcopal Church offers its excellent catering and entertainment facilities for hire for a modest cost - the ideal location for your next event, meeting or  birthday celebration.

 

Perfect for parties!

 

The rental fee includes the use of tables and chairs for 100. We have parking for about 50 vehicles and convenient access to public transportation as we are located right across from the Gulph Mills Speed Line station.

WHAT IT COSTS

 

Charges

$250/rental + $100/bond = $350 

Duration: up to 4 hours’ use

 


$475/rental + $100/bond = $575

Duration: 4-8 hours’ use

$800/rental + $100/bond = $900

Duration: up to 12 hours’ use

 

(The security bond will be refunded in full by check within 2 weeks of the event, subject to a post-event inspection).

The rental fee and bond can only be paid via PayPal – go to www.trinitygulphmills.org.  Details at the bottom of the home page.

 

Your booking is not secured until the rental agreement has been signed and received by Trinity; all charges have been paid; and a copy of the public liability insurance for your event has been received.

If you are interested in renting Packer Hall, please contact Julie Moore, Trinity's Facilities' Coordinator,

at facilities@trinitygulphmills.org with the date you would like to rent and approx. number of guests (max. 100).

Once availability is confirmed, then it is time to secure your date.
